In this issue of our newsletter, we interviewed Mr. Hazem EL Sayed,
Information Technology Manager for Lilly, a leading multinational
pharmaceutical company.
Q. Most pharmaceutical companies
choose NOOR as their strategic partner. Some may name this coincidence,
while others name it high performance and unmatched service quality.
What do you think?
A. I don’t think it is a coincidence. NOOR is the choice
of pharmaceutical companies due to your high performance. Besides,
as NOOR always reaches the expectations of such multinational
companies, I am totally confident that I took the right decision.
Q. As part of Dr. Basel Dalloul's
efforts to guarantee customer's satisfaction and support, NOOR
CEO pays field visits to clients to check the service level and
customer's satisfaction. Has his visit had any influence?
A. Definitely, his visit was very friendly, away from formalities,
with lots of friendly discussions which enhances our relations
and opens a direct channel between Lilly and NOOR CEO, making
communication easier.
Q. Data carriers and Service Providers
always play key roles in boosting business. Has NOOR added to
your business?
A. Yes but in an indirect way. All Our sales force have a kind
of automation which is up and running 24/7 which they have to
fully rely on wherever they are and whenever they need to. I believe
NOOR has provided us with this reliable connection that we can
depend on
Q. NOOR has a heavy presence in
Florida Mall, serving more than one business. Is it the good word
of mouth that added Lilly to our list of customers?
A. Actually, we were the first in Florida Mall and we were the
ones who recommended NOOR to the rest within the mall. We knew
NOOR through one of your Sales people. After investigations and
several visits to you Data Center and head office to make sure
of your capabilities and customer service philosophy , I was quite
sure that my choice would be NOOR. So, I shifted from a previous
Data Carrier to NOOR.
Q. How do you find NOOR prices
against the quality of services, compared to other Service Providers?
A. Prices are not my concern now since I am totally satisfied
with NOOR quality of service. However, I expect NOOR to be competitive
in the very challenging market we have now.
Q. What more do you expect from
NOOR?
A. To continue offering more services as there is a lot in the
world of communication specially concerning mobility and small
remote sites.
Q. Finally, how would you describe
NOOR in a few words?
A. NOOR is showing a new trend for the CRM & Customer Care
that our company is appreciating very much and I guess it can
be the case for many others.
