Nabil worked on several national projects including being the Project manager for the Mediation and Interconnection Project (data collection from all exchanges to the billing system), Technical member in International Contingency Planning Committee, Technical member in Mobile Number Portability project under supervision of the NTRA and as an instructor for many courses in Kuwait for the Kuwaiti ministry of Communication. Nabil further worked on a loan basis with Ericsson as a network and exchanges operation and maintenance expert in Egypt , Libya and Tanzania.
Nabil has been part of NOOR team since 7 years supporting and building relations with the incumbent operator and the country regulator facilitating smooth growth of the organization. Prior to joining NOOR Nabil was the director of International and Wholesale sector of Telecom Egypt.
Nabil holds a bachelor of Science in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Cairo University, a Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering and a Master Degree in Communication with focus on “Optimal Replacement Policy in Telephone Exchanges” from Cairo University.
