With the growing need for mobile, reliable, cost efficient and easy to deploy Internet & VPN Solutions, the NOOR R&D department delivered an in-house 3G/4G router based on open source technology code named CYPHER. CYPHER is designed to power ATM machines, mobile venues, and other difficult to connect locations.
CYPHER is network redundant with the option of dual SIM cards in case of network issues. Designed with multiple USB ports for flexibility and integration while maintaining security. CYPHER is vendor agnostic, it uses software intelligence and hardware customization to deliver its service through the best performing mobile network in the vicinity.
CYPHER runs IEEE open standard protocols on the device like: RIP, OSPF and BGP routing protocols, IPSec/L2 tunnels and basic network services (Bridging, DHCP and VLANs) and utilizes SNMP V2 for monitoring and statistical analysis. CYPHER supports the standard security features such as L2 VPNs, L2 bridging, IPSec, SSH and AES encryption algorithm.
CYPHER was created with the intent to provide a simple turnkey solution for Internet access and VPN connectivity. Mobility, limited space, limited power consumption, plug and play functionality, are the core features of CYPHER with NOOR providing a single point of support and mobile network diversity.
